Information:
Bedding/Blankets can be provided free of change. We recommend you bring your pets own for familiarity purposes.
Litter and litter trays. Provided free of charge. Again however we recommend bringing your pets to minimise their stress.
Food must be supplied by the owner.
Please ensure adequate supplies of medication if applicable.
Fully insured by PBI Leeson for public liability, accident ans injury.
Your Pet will receive plenty of care, love and attention during their stay. We also use remote CCTV to assist but not replace monitoring.
1. Vaccinations & Health
All Cats must be up to date with vaccinations, flea, and worm treatments. Owners must disclose any medical conditions or behavioural issues before booking.
2. Emergency Care
In case of illness or injury, I will contact the owner immediately. If the owner cannot be reached, I will seek veterinary care. All veterinary costs are the owner’s to bare.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations during peak periods may result in forfeiture of any agreed deposit paid(no refund on deposit).
4.Liability
While all reasonable care will be taken, I am not liable for illness, injury, loss, or death resulting from pre-existing conditions or unforeseeable events resultingnin direct or indirect costs.
5. Deposit
Deposits relating to stays during peak periods are non refundable. Deposits are non transferable. Typically, for ppeak times, a deposit of 20% is applied and payable in order to secure booking. This will be communicated at the time of booking if a deposit is necesssary.
6. Wear and Tear
We value your items and belongings however, some items including bedding, cat scratchers (owners), litter trays, cat beds are subject to normal wear and tear. No liability will be accepted for such wear and tear or for damage resulting from general use or old, low quality or defective products.
