Information:

Bedding/Blankets can be provided. However, We recommend you bring your pets own for familiarity purposes.

Litter and litter trays caan be provided. Again however we recommend bringing your pets to minimise their stress.

Food must be supplied by the owner.

Please ensure adequate supplies of medication if applicable.

Fully insured  by PBI Leeson for public liability, accident and injury. 

Your Pet will receive plenty of care, love and attention during their stay. We may also use remote CCTV to assist but not replace in person monitoring. 

1. Vaccinations & Health

   All Cats must be up to date with vaccinations, flea, and worm treatments. Owners must disclose any medical conditions or behavioural issues before booking.

While facilities are maintained to high cleanliness standards, Please treat your cat with flea and worm preventive medicine within two weeks of their stay. Vets often recommend a flea treatment every 5-6 weeks. If your cat has not been wormed within the last three months prior to staying with us, please administer an appropriate worming treatment before boarding commences.

2. Emergency Care

   In case of illness or injury, I will contact the owner immediately. If the owner cannot be reached, I will seek veterinary care. All veterinary costs are the owners responsibility  to pay.

3.Liability

While all reasonable care will be taken for the safety and wellbeing of your Pet, I am not liable for illness, injury, loss, other issues or death resulting from pre-existing conditions or unforeseeable events which may result in direct or indirect costs.

r. Wear and Tear

We value your items and belongings however, some items including bedding, cat scratchers (owners), litter trays, cat beds are subject to normal wear and tear. No liability will be accepted for such wear and tear or for damage resulting from general use or old, low quality or defective products.
